NoFee Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-06 · Last updated 6 September 2026
NoFee is a multichain trading terminal and token launchpad. It is software, not a bank, broker, exchange or licensed custodian, and it holds no financial services licence. If you log in with your email, NoFee creates a wallet for you and holds the private key; whoever controls your email inbox controls that wallet, and you can export the key at any time and move your funds anywhere. NoFee charges a 0% platform trading fee, but a 0.25% Lucky Drop allocation, network gas, DEX pool fees and third-party costs still apply and are taken from your trade. Market data and automated labels such as "Verified" or "Honeypot: clear" are not advice or endorsements. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, tokens can go to zero, and NoFee cannot recover a lost email account, a wrong-address transfer or a failed third-party bridge. You use the Service at your own risk, you are responsible for your taxes and local laws, and our liability is limited as set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
1.1These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the NoFee team (the "Operator", "NoFee", "we" or "us") governing your use of nofee.tax, its subdomains, APIs, the smart contracts the Operator deploys and all related services (the "Service").
1.2By using the Service, logging in, connecting a wallet, requesting a quote, or signing an intent message or transaction through it, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. These Terms apply whether you use a NoFee Wallet or a connected external wallet. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you act for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1.3At each login the Service records your acceptance of the current version of these Terms: the version identifier, the timestamp and the IP address you logged in from.
2. Eligibility and restricted persons
2.1Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2Restricted jurisdictions. The Service is not offered to, and must not be used by, anyone located in, resident in or organised under the laws of a jurisdiction where its use or trading in digital assets is unlawful, or where offering it would require a licence, registration or authorisation the Operator does not hold. You are responsible for determining whether this applies to you.
2.3Sanctions. You represent and warrant that you are not, and are not acting for or owned or controlled by, any person listed on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals list or any other U.S. sanctions list, the European Union consolidated sanctions list, the United Nations Security Council sanctions lists, the United Kingdom sanctions list or any other applicable sanctions list, and that you are not located or resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions. You must not use the Service to evade sanctions.
2.4No identity verification today; no circumvention. The Operator does not currently perform know-your-customer (KYC) identity verification. This does not relieve you of this Section 2. The Operator may at any time introduce identity verification, geographic restrictions, wallet-address screening or other compliance controls, and may request information it needs to comply with law; if you decline, it may restrict your access under Section 17. Using a VPN, proxy, false information or any other method to disguise your location or identity, or to evade sanctions or a suspension, is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5Local law and taxes. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for determining, reporting and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service, including from trades, Lucky Drop rewards and token launches. The name "NoFee" and the domain "nofee.tax" refer to the zero platform trading fee in Section 7; they are not a statement about tax and are not tax advice. The Operator does not calculate, withhold or report taxes for you.
3. The Service
3.1What the Service is. The Service is a multichain trading terminal and token launchpad providing, as available, token discovery, market data and charts; swap execution by routing the instructions you authorise through NoFee's router contracts to third-party decentralised exchanges and liquidity venues; an optional custodial email wallet; a launchpad; and supporting tools. As at this version, trading is supported on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BSC, Robinhood Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Optimism, Unichain, Celo, MegaETH and Solana; some networks may be read-only (currently Monad). The Operator may add, remove, pause or restrict networks, venues, tokens, routes and features at any time without notice.
3.2Availability differs by function. A token being visible on the Service does not mean it can be traded through the Service. A market estimate is indicative; only an executable quote that you confirm sets the terms of a transaction. Features, venues and tools labelled "Coming soon", "Soon" or "Planned" are not offered and no timing is promised.
3.3NoFee is software. The Operator provides a technology interface. It is not a counterparty to your trades, operates no order book and makes no trading decisions for you. Transactions are executed by public blockchain networks and third-party protocols on the instructions you sign or authorise, and once broadcast cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded by the Operator.
3.4Not a regulated financial institution. The Operator is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian licensed under any regulatory regime, money transmitter, payment institution, investment adviser or fiduciary, and neither holds nor claims to hold any financial services licence, registration or authorisation. Nothing on the Service is a statement that the Service, any token or any activity is approved, registered or supervised by any regulator. No fiduciary, advisory or trust relationship exists between you and the Operator. Digital assets are not deposits, are not guaranteed by the Operator and are not covered by any deposit insurance or investor compensation scheme. The Operator never guarantees prices, execution, liquidity, listings, Lucky Drop rewards, uptime, or the behaviour or value of any token, network or third-party protocol.
3.5Software under active development. The Service is under continuous development. Features may be incomplete, experimental or labelled beta, may behave differently between networks, and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Speed targets described in the Operator's materials are goals, not measured guarantees; a fast interface response is not a confirmed or final transaction.
4. Accounts and the NoFee Wallet
4.1Passwordless login. You enter an email address and NoFee emails you a six-digit login code, valid for ten minutes. There is no password. By registering an email address you agree to receive login codes, security alerts and service notices at that address; these are part of operating the Service and are not marketing.
4.2Wallet creation and custody. On your first successful login NoFee generates an EVM address and a Solana address for you (the "NoFee Wallet"). The private keys are generated and held by NoFee, stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and returned to your browser for the duration of your session so that the transactions you authorise can be signed and submitted. Your assets sit at those addresses on the relevant public blockchains. Because NoFee generates and holds your keys, the NoFee Wallet is custodial in a technical sense; it is a convenience feature, not a regulated custody service (see Section 3.4). NoFee does not initiate transactions from your NoFee Wallet except to carry out actions you authorise (including any automated follow-up, settlement, refund or recovery steps that form part of such an action), where required by law or a competent authority, or as described in Section 17.
4.3Your email inbox is the single factor. Anyone who can read email sent to your registered address can obtain a login code, log in, use your NoFee Wallet, sign transactions and export your private key. NoFee does not currently offer a second authentication factor. Protect your email account with a strong unique password and two-factor authentication, and keep control of the devices and recovery methods linked to it. NoFee treats every login completed with a valid code as authorised by you, and you are responsible for all activity in your account.
4.4What NoFee can and cannot do. NoFee can send login codes to your registered email address, make your private key available for export during an authenticated session, delete your account and key material on request under the Privacy Policy, and suspend or restrict access under Section 17. Unless and until the Operator introduces identity verification, your registered email address is the only means by which NoFee can recognise you. NoFee therefore cannot restore access if you lose control of your email address, move a NoFee Wallet to a different email address, release keys to anyone who cannot complete the email login, reverse or refund a confirmed transaction, recover assets sent to a wrong address or network, or recover assets taken through your inbox or device or lost in a third-party protocol or bridge. If you lose access to your email account without having exported your key, the assets in your NoFee Wallet may become permanently inaccessible. Export your key promptly and store it securely.
4.5Key export. You may export the private keys of your NoFee Wallet at any time ("Export key") and move your assets to any self-custody wallet. The exported key is then your sole responsibility: it cannot be revoked, rotated or replaced, and anyone who obtains it can take your assets regardless of your email security. Export does not delete the copy held by NoFee; both copies can sign transactions until you request deletion of your account.
4.6External wallets, devices and account rules. You may instead connect an existing external wallet; NoFee never has its keys, your wallet provider's terms apply, and you are responsible for every approval and signature you give. Log out on shared devices. NoFee is not responsible for losses caused by malware, malicious browser extensions, compromised devices or networks, or phishing sites, accounts or messages imitating the Service, and will never ask for your private key, seed phrase or login code. Register with an email address you control; accounts are personal and non-transferable. The Operator may limit the number of accounts per person and may close duplicate accounts.
5. Your responsibilities when transacting
5.1Before authorising any transaction, check the network, the full contract or mint address of each asset, the amount spent, the destination, the minimum amount to be received, the quote expiry and all costs shown. Names, tickers, logos and familiar address prefixes are not proof of identity or safety.
5.2Blockchain transactions are final, and may fail, partially complete or be delayed after you authorise them. A timeout or error message does not prove that a transaction did not happen; check its status before repeating a funded action. You are responsible for duplicates caused by re-submission, for keeping enough of the correct network currency to pay network costs, and for ensuring your assets are on the network where you intend to use them.
5.3Tokens, NFTs or messages that appear in your wallet without your request may be malicious. Interacting with them, granting token approvals, or signing messages or transactions from any source other than the Service is at your own risk, and the Operator has no responsibility for the consequences.
6. Prohibited uses
6.1You must not use the Service to do, attempt or assist any of the following:
- Unlawful activity: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or handling proceeds of crime.
- Market manipulation: wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, or any activity intended to create a false or misleading appearance of activity, liquidity or price, including to influence Lucky Drop selection.
- Reward abuse: creating tokens, trades or accounts to game, drain or exploit Lucky Drop, gas sponsorship or any other feature.
- Launchpad abuse: tokens that impersonate a person, brand, project or existing token; deceptive names, tickers, logos or descriptions; tokens intended to defraud; or false claims that a token is endorsed, verified, listed or reward-eligible.
- Illegal or infringing content in token metadata or elsewhere: content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, infringes intellectual property or other rights, is defamatory, incites violence or hatred, contains malware or phishing links, or exposes another person's personal data.
- Attacks on the Service: denial-of-service attacks, circumventing rate limits, exploiting bugs, unauthorised access to accounts, systems, relayers, indexers or keys, interfering with other users' transactions, or automated access or scraping that impairs the Service.
- Circumvention: evading Section 2, a suspension or any restriction on your account, including through additional accounts.
6.2If the Operator reasonably believes you have engaged in prohibited use, it may suspend or terminate your access, remove or hide tokens and content, withdraw gas sponsorship, preserve records, and report the conduct to law enforcement or regulators.
7. Fees, Lucky Drop and network costs
7.1Zero platform trading fee. The Operator's platform fee on trades executed through the Service is 0%.
7.2Lucky Drop. On supported trade paths, 0.25% (25 basis points) of the trade's native-currency accounting value is separated from your trade budget or sale proceeds into the Lucky Drop mechanism. Depending on the network, that allocation is used on-chain to buy an eligible launch token that is delivered to the trader, or is held in a user-bound on-chain obligation for later fulfilment or refund. Lucky Drop is funded by your trade and reduces your main trade or net proceeds by the disclosed amount; it is not a fee paid to the Operator and not a gift from the Operator. Selection is automated, derived from on-chain inputs and verifiable on-chain. The Operator does not warrant any particular probability, frequency, value or outcome, that selection is statistically uniform, that any token received has or will keep any value or can be sold, or that a refund will occur. Where a refund path exists it may require a transaction that you or another party must submit and pay network costs for. Mechanics, eligibility, minimum trade sizes and refund paths differ between networks, some multi-step routes may assess the allocation more than once, and all of this may change; the quote you confirm and the deployed contract code govern each trade.
7.3Costs not charged by NoFee. Network gas and transaction fees, priority fees, Solana account rent, decentralised exchange pool fees, bridge and relay fees, price impact and slippage, and third-party launch venue charges apply in addition and are not paid to the Operator. "Zero platform fee" does not mean zero total cost. The executable quote you confirm is the authoritative statement of a transaction's costs.
7.4Changes and refunds. The Operator may introduce, change or remove fees, change the Lucky Drop rate or mechanics, and start, limit or stop gas sponsorship at any time, with prospective effect; the quote you confirm fixes the terms of that transaction. Amounts consumed by networks, venues, bridges or other third parties, including gas on failed transactions, are not refundable by the Operator.
8. Launchpad terms
8.1NoFee is a tool; you are the issuer. The launchpad lets you create tokens using NoFee's own factory contracts on supported EVM networks, or on Pump.fun on Solana. You, not the Operator, are the creator and issuer of any token you launch. The Operator does not review, approve, endorse or underwrite any token.
8.2Issuer responsibility. You are solely responsible for your token: its name, ticker, metadata, images and links; its economics and distribution; statements you or your community make about it; and compliance with every law that applies to creating, promoting, selling or distributing it wherever it is offered, including securities, commodities, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax laws. You alone determine whether it is a security or other regulated instrument anywhere. You must not claim that the Operator has endorsed, verified or audited your token.
8.3EVM factory launches. The token and its liquidity pool are created in a single transaction. The initial supply is placed into a liquidity position that is locked permanently, with no withdrawal path for its principal. The lock is irreversible; by signing the launch you accept that the position cannot be withdrawn by you, the Operator or anyone else. Any creator entitlement to accrued pool fees or to edit metadata is defined solely by the deployed contract code. For eligible launches the Operator pays the network gas for the launch transaction: you authorise the launch by signing an intent message and the Operator submits the transaction. Gas sponsorship is offered at the Operator's discretion; the Operator may decline or delay any launch and may limit or stop sponsoring gas at any time. Once deployed, a token and its pool exist on a public blockchain: the Operator cannot delete, alter or recall them, and the metadata you submit is public. Deployed contract code is public, cannot be changed after deployment and may contain undiscovered defects; you are responsible for reviewing the contracts you use.
8.4Solana launches on Pump.fun. Solana launches are created on the Pump.fun program, whose rules and terms apply in addition to these Terms. Any optional "first buy" is a separate trade prepared after creation; a successful launch does not mean the first buy succeeded. The costs shown in the launch quote, including creation rents and network fees, are payable by you.
8.5Vanity addresses. Where offered, vanity address generation is optional and cosmetic; it does not make a token safer or more official, and the Operator does not guarantee that a pattern will be found or that a launch will land at the address shown. For Solana the search runs in your browser and uses your device's resources, and when you request a launch quote the newly generated mint keypair is sent to the NoFee launch service so that the mint can be created at the quoted address. Never enter an existing wallet private key or seed phrase into the Service.
8.6No guarantees; third-party listings. The Operator does not guarantee that a token will be created at any particular time, appear in any market view or third-party listing, have buyers, liquidity, price or market capitalisation, be eligible for or selected by Lucky Drop, or be covered by any data source, and may remove, hide or de-rank any token from discovery views. Tokens launched on third-party launchpads (including Pump.fun, Pons, Flap, DontBlink and others) may be displayed for information only; their display does not imply any relationship between the Operator and the issuer or venue, any endorsement, or that the token can be traded through the Service.
9. Third-party protocols, bridges and venues
9.1The Service depends on third parties that the Operator does not control, including blockchain networks, decentralised exchanges and liquidity pools, aggregators, bridge and relay providers, RPC and data providers, third-party launchpads, wallet providers, email infrastructure and content delivery networks. Their terms and fees apply to your use of them; they may fail, be exploited, be paused, change their rules or cease to exist without notice; and the Operator is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, legality or performance, or for any loss they cause.
9.2Cross-chain funding. Moving assets between networks through the Service uses third-party bridge or relay providers. Assets in transit are subject to that provider's systems and risks. Transfers may be delayed, partially completed or lost, and the Operator cannot recover them.
9.3Links and external content. The Service may show links to block explorers, launch venues, social media accounts and websites supplied by token creators or other third parties. The Operator does not control, verify or endorse them, and following a link is at your own risk.
10. Market data, automated labels and no advice
10.1Data sources. Prices, charts, market capitalisation, holder counts, liquidity figures, transaction feeds and similar information come from indexed on-chain data and third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, stale or unavailable. Missing data is not zero: an empty chart or missing statistic does not mean a token has no activity, holders, liquidity or risk. Historical currency conversions are estimates.
10.2Automated labels and creator-supplied content. Labels such as "Verified", "LP locked" and "Honeypot: clear", lifecycle stages such as "New", "Bonding" and "Migrated", rankings, and any score or badge on the Service are the output of automated checks run on limited data at a point in time. They are not endorsements, audits, safety guarantees or recommendations; they can be wrong or out of date, can be defeated by a token's design, and can produce false positives and false negatives. Token names, descriptions, images and links are supplied by their creators or third-party sources and are not verified by the Operator. A "NoFee Launches" listing or a high ranking is not an endorsement.
10.3No advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset. The Operator does not assess whether any token or transaction is suitable for you. You alone decide whether to transact, and you must do your own research and, where appropriate, obtain professional advice.
11. Risks
11.1Using the Service involves significant risk, including: extreme volatility and the possibility of total loss; smart-contract defects and exploits, including in the Operator's own contracts; malicious or fraudulent tokens; low or vanishing liquidity; slippage, price impact and front-running; bridge failures; network congestion, outages, forks and reorganisations; failure of RPC, data or email providers; loss of your email account and therefore of your NoFee Wallet; phishing and device compromise; the irreversibility of launches and liquidity locks; Lucky Drop tokens having no value; and legal or regulatory changes that may restrict digital assets or the Service.
11.2You confirm that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms, that you are able to evaluate these risks, and that you accept them in full. Never commit more than you can afford to lose.
12. Content, intellectual property and feedback
12.1Your content. You keep ownership of the token names, images, descriptions, links and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, index, reproduce, display and distribute User Content to operate, promote and improve the Service and to keep records. You represent that you have the rights to User Content and that it complies with Section 6. The Operator has no obligation to monitor User Content but may remove, hide or refuse any User Content at any time without notice.
12.2Operator property and feedback. The NoFee name, logo, website, interface, software and documentation belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Service except as mandatory law permits, or use the NoFee name or logo to suggest endorsement. Deployed smart-contract code and open-source components carry their own licences. The Operator may use any feedback you provide without restriction or compensation.
13. Privacy
13.1The Privacy Policy explains what data the Operator collects (including your email address, login records, IP address, wallet addresses and uploaded content), how it is used and retained, and how to request deletion. Blockchain activity is public by nature and cannot be deleted by the Operator.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
14.1The Service, including all software, smart contracts, wallets, routing, data, labels, content and third-party integrations, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.
14.2Without limiting the above, the Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that any smart contract is free of vulnerabilities; that any transaction will execute at any price or within any time; that any market data or label is accurate or complete; that any token is genuine, safe or valuable; that any Lucky Drop reward will be received or have value; or that any third-party protocol, bridge, venue or provider will function.
14.3Where the law does not allow certain exclusions, they apply to the fullest extent permitted, and any non-excludable warranty is limited in duration and remedy to the minimum required by law.
15. Limitation of liability
15.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its founders, team members, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers (the "NoFee Parties") will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any loss of, or decline in the value of, digital assets, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.2To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the NoFee Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees actually paid by you to the Operator in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Network gas, Lucky Drop allocations and amounts paid to third parties are not fees paid to the Operator.
15.3Without limiting the above, the NoFee Parties are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your email account, device or session; your failure to export or safeguard your private key; transactions you authorise, including to a wrong address or network; any blockchain network, smart contract, protocol, liquidity venue, bridge, relay, data provider, wallet provider or other third party; the behaviour, value or legality of any token; inaccurate, delayed or missing market data or labels; Lucky Drop outcomes; suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms; or any event described in Section 18.
15.4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law; in those cases the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted. To the extent permitted by law, any claim against the NoFee Parties must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.
16. Indemnification
16.1You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the NoFee Parties from and against all claims, demands, investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service; any token you launch, promote or distribute and any User Content you submit; your breach of these Terms or of any law, regulation or sanction; your violation of any third party's rights; any tax obligation connected with your activity; or any dispute between you and another user or third party. The Operator may assume the exclusive defence of any such matter at your expense, and you must not settle it without the Operator's written consent.
17. Suspension, termination and fund export
17.1By the Operator. The Operator may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms; that your account or activity presents a legal, regulatory, sanctions, security or fraud risk; that suspension is required by law, court order or a competent authority; or where it discontinues all or part of the Service. The Operator is not obliged to give reasons where doing so could prejudice an investigation, breach the law or compromise security.
17.2Your assets stay on-chain. Suspension or termination does not by itself move or freeze the assets in your NoFee Wallet, which remain at your on-chain addresses. Where lawful, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to give you an opportunity to export your private key or withdraw your assets, normally through "Export key" during an authenticated session and otherwise, at the Operator's discretion, through a process in which you first verify control of your registered email address. The Operator may refuse or delay export where prohibited by law, sanctions, a court order or a lawful instruction from a competent authority, and will then act as the law requires.
17.3By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account under the Privacy Policy. Export your private keys or empty your NoFee Wallet first; the Operator deletes key material only after you have done so, to prevent loss of funds.
17.4Discontinuation and survival. If the Operator discontinues the custodial wallet feature or the Service, it will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice on the Service or by email and to keep a key export path open for a reasonable period. Sections 2.5, 6, 7.4, 8.2, 8.3, 10 to 12 and 14 to 21, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after termination.
18. Force majeure
18.1The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, governmental or regulatory action, sanctions, changes in law, failures of internet, power or telecommunications infrastructure, cyber-attacks, failures or exploits of blockchain networks, smart contracts, RPC or data providers, bridges, liquidity venues, content delivery networks or email providers, network forks, reorganisations or halts, and abnormal market conditions.
19. Changes to these Terms
19.1The Operator may change these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure at any time. Each version is identified by its date, shown at the top of the document, and the current version is always published at /legal/terms.html. For material changes the Operator will use reasonable efforts to give notice on the Service or by email to your registered address. Changes take effect when posted unless the notice states a later date.
19.2Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms, and your acceptance of the current version is recorded at each login as described in Section 1.3. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and, if you wish, export your keys and withdraw your assets.
20. Governing law and venue
20.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
20.2Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact the Operator at team@nofee.tax with a description of the dispute and to attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for at least thirty (30) days; this does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
21. General provisions
21.1Entire agreement; severability. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the terms of each executable quote you confirm are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
21.2Assignment; no waiver; third parties. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without the Operator's prior written consent. The Operator may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor to the Service and will use reasonable efforts to post notice of any such assignment. The Operator's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. Except for the NoFee Parties under Sections 15 and 16, these Terms confer no rights on any third party.
21.3Notices, language and interpretation. The Operator may give notice by posting on the Service or by email to your registered address; you may give notice by email to team@nofee.tax. These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only and the English version controls. You and the Operator are independent parties. Headings and the plain-language summary do not affect interpretation, and "including" means "including without limitation".
22. Contact
22.1Questions about these Terms, the Service or your account: team@nofee.tax. When contacting support, include the network, the public token or wallet address, the transaction hash or quote identifier, the approximate time and the visible error message. Never send your private key, exported key, seed phrase, login code or session credentials to anyone, including the Operator; the Operator will never ask for them.
